Grading of a Trek:
We have graded our trips into four different categories and you should choose one that suits you the most. Grading of a trek has been done on the basis of some factors such  as the trip duration, the altitude, the terrain, number of hours of walking everyday, likely temperatures and the level of fitness.
1. Easy:
The trekkers without previous experience are offered a diverse range of easy treks.  The easy treks involve up to 3 to 4 hours walk each day and altitude generally do not exceed 3500 m so no difficult on climbing or ascents to high altitudes and is usually less than week suitable for everyone. Anyone who enjoys regular exercise and is in a good physical condition could easily cope with these treks. However, it is not loss of height means loss of interest while lower altitude treks often provide colorful horizons of a whole series of mountain ranges. The easy treks are considered of full access of tea house and low altitude.
2. Moderate:
Moderate treks involve walking for 6 to 7 hours a days in more remote areas, reaching altitudes of approximately 4500m. Moderate treks are more challenging than easy and are sutiable for any trekkers looking something a bit more energetic. In general they are longer than roughly 10 days walking up and down climb to higher altitudes. At this altitude, you will be rewarded with close-up views of mountains. The moderate treks are considered of full access of higher altitudes. A reasonable level of fitness is required as there would be much ascents and descents with some occasional difficult days.
3. Strenuous:
Strenuous treks are harder, suitable for regular mountain walkers as they are generally more demanding and may involve 7 to 8 hours a day, with altitudes up to 5500 m and involves some steps climbing, although it is never necessary to use ropes.  Trekkers with some previous mountain walking experience should only undertake medium-hard treks. You should be physically fit and appropriate preparation is essential.
4. Difficult:
Hard treks are suitable only real adventure seekers. Some steep ascents to high altitudes with the possibility of rope climbing are involved in this category. Trekkers will need stamina to complete one of these wilderness treks as they might last for 20 to 40 days.
