Rara Lake Trek

This is very short trekking trip for the people who don’t have enough time to explore the nature in Nepal. This trek will is short offbeat trek in the wild west of Nepal that brings the travelers to untouched regions of Nepal and allows them to explore the nomadic lifestyle that still prevails in few parts of the country.
At the meantime, excursion around the biggest lake in Nepal, Rara can a wonder tour in itself that has so many beautiful stuffs for your eyes and camera. Moreover, the trails from Jumla to Rara that wind through the isolated mountainous hamlets and extreme wilderness of sub-tropical woodlands caters a fascinating trekking adventure. We begin the trek from Jumla, which is the regional head quarter of Karnali zone. Trekking along the least frequented trails of Nepal, we arrive to Rara Lake. Savor the beauty of nature and get connected with it before we exit out to Kathmandu via Talcha, an elevated airport near Rara Lake.

Itinerary
Day 01: Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj.
Day 02: Fly from Nepalgunj- Jumla (35mins) Flight and trek to Chherechaour (3055mtr) 3 to 4 hrs trek .
Day 03: Trek from Chhere Chaur to Chautha (2807m) 6 to 7 hours.
Day 04: Trek from Chautha to Rara Lake (2980m) 5-6 hrs trek .
Day 05: Rara Lake Excursion.
Day 06: Trek to Talcha 2-3 hrs trek and fly back to Nepalgunj.
